Steps 1-9 can be completed in standard Windows Mode and Steps 10-12 should be completed in SafeMode

Start the download and click "run" when prompted.

If you are running Windows XP SP2 you'll get something like this, click Run again.

Click Next.



Step 4.


Accept the agreement and click next.



Step 5.

Click next.



Step 6.

Click next.



Step 7.

Click Install.



Step 8.

Click Finish



Step 9.

Click Yes .



Step 10.

Click Sweep to begin the process for finding spyware, this is best completed in SafeMode



Step 11.

It is scanning for Spyware at this stage. Be patient, it can take awhile.



Step 12.

Click Next to remove the selected Spyware objects. You may want to scan through to make sure they aren't removing something you actually use.
